Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please read our policy

We request that you cancel at least 24 hours before a scheduled class. You may cancel by phone or by email. If you have to cancel your class, we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel before the 24 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 24 hours, you will lose the payment for the class. The owner has the only right to be flexible here. We reserve the right to cancel or modify a workshop or class at any time. Full refunds will be issued if the studio cancels a workshop or class.

To maintain a clean and efficient studio space, completed clay projects will be held for a maximum of 30 days from the date of your class. We will contact you 7 days before your deadline to schedule a painting appointment or coordinate a pickup. If we do not receive a response within the 30-day period, your project will be donated. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep our studio running smoothly for all guests!

Age Restriction

Painters must be 13+ years of age to attend a Sculpt & Sip class. An adult must accompany anyone 13-17 years of age.
